Terms & Conditions

Delivery – Stome.d use Australia Post for all of our items. I aim to have your orders dispatched within 3-4 days unless you leave a specific date you would like this made for then i will usually create your topper the week of to leave room for any changes. Delivery times vary across the country.  I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels nor do I take responsibility for Aus post time of handling & delivery,

Local pickup from Albion Park is an option and free delivery on fridays locally.

Photographs – Please note colours can vary from computer to computer.

Payment – Stome.d accepts payment by Paypal & Bank Transfer. You can pay by credit card through PayPal.

Returns – If a product is damaged or defective on arrival simply return it for a replacement, refund or exchange.  All returns must be in their original un-used condition including all protective packaging and returned within 7 days of you having received the goods.  Shipping/freight charges are not refunded on any returns and a compensastion of damaged or lost goods should be raised by you with AUS Post. If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective please let me know and send me photos.  I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.If you have decided to pick up your product please note once left & the product is in your possession a refund for damage can not be given.   

Sorry, I do not offer refunds for custom made products unless faulty. 

Sales – I may have sales or specials on some or all of my products from time to time.   If you have purchased a product from me at full price and I later have that same product on sale or special, I cannot give you a discount for your purchase.  The sale price or discount is only available for those products purchased during the period of the sale or special.
